Aside from the Wind River Music Showcase, the summer of 2010 will offer also five Indian Dances featuring the Eagle Spirit Dancers and the Fox Trail Singers, a Pioneer Village Open Air Crafts Fair and a children's program offering living history classes taught in the one room Borner's Garden Schoolhouse.
Museum staff will be on site to assist with parking and ticket sales, and will be offering refreshing drinks, snow cones and snacks.

Concessions will be provided by The Lander Brewing Company, who has extensive experience in working live music events. They will serve their award winning, locally brewed beer, as well as food items. Concessions will be set up in a tent outside of the venue.
