The Series
Saddle up with chef Vinny Fiore for a journey through the heart of the American West on Cookin' with Cowboys, a new Wyoming-focused travel and cooking series. Combining authentic regional recipes with firsthand encounters at national parks, ranches, and small businesses, the program offers audiences an entertaining food journey and a cultural education.
Hour-long episodes will air on Wyoming PBS. They will also be available on demand on the Wyoming PBS YouTube channel and the free PBS app.
The series is hosted by Italian chef Vinny Fiore and produced by Cowboy Productions LLC.
The Host
Chef Vinny Fiore is an award-winning celebrity chef and producer with more than 30 years of culinary mastery. Known for his charismatic "East meets West" flair, he blends traditional Italian technique with the rugged, authentic flavors of the American frontier. A Telly and TASTE award winner, Fiore has spent his career connecting people through the power of food, history, and storytelling.
