How to Host an Independent Screening of a Wyoming PBS Program

Are you interested in sharing a Wyoming PBS program with your community? We’re honored that you’d like to showcase our work. To help protect the rights of our content and ensure proper use, we ask that you follow a few simple steps to request a public screening.

May I Host an Independent Screening of a Wyoming PBS Program at My Event?

On occasion, Wyoming PBS will allow independent entities to host an independent screening of our content. If possible, we will do our best to send representation from Wyoming PBS to help introduce the program or answer questions. However, we are a small team.  Please, understand that we can’t be everywhere at all times, but we are humbled and honored when an individual or organization is interested in sharing our stories.

In order to seek permission to independently screen a Wyoming PBS film or program, the following must be completed:

  • The screening must be free and open to the public.
  • You must submit a formal request on your organization’s official letterhead.
  • Your request must include:
    • The name and description of the event
    • The date and time of the screening
    • The location where the screening will take place
    • The purpose/reason why you would like to screen the program.
